My name is Jamey Silveira and I am an undergraduate student at Yale University. This summer I have decided to attend the Duke Study in China Program, an intensive language-study program hosted at Beijing’s University of International Business and Economics. Over the course of the summer, I will be writing this blog to recount my daily activities, reflect on various cultural experiences, and talk about the lessons I’ve learned while living in Beijing. I would like to make a special point to thank the Richard U.
